October 2026 marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), dedicated to recognizing the contributions of workers with disabilities. It promotes workplace inclusion, equal opportunities, and accessibility. Organizations and communities are encouraged to celebrate achievements, highlight skills, and foster environments where employees with disabilities can thrive.
