Autism Awareness Month is observed throughout April to shed light on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), raise public awareness, and promote acceptance of individuals on the spectrum.  The observance aims to provide accurate information about autism, dispel misconceptions, and foster a more inclusive and supportive society.
